We recommend 3-6 months of charting practice before your wedding day. This will allow you to be confident in your family planning knowledge by the big day.

Absolutely not! If you have a menstrual cycle, we can chart it! Many of our clients are single women who are looking to improve their overall health and wellness with this approach. We even teach teens.

We do not accept insurance. We are happy to provide itemized receipts with the appropriate codes so that you can file with your HSA on your own.
